Shipping policy

There are several shipping options available to suit you. First class packages include tracking, but do not include insurance for your products.

Insurance results in additional fees that need to be arranged before an item can be shipped. I recommend shipping with insurance as I cannot guarantee shipping safety after it leaves my possession.

If you've changed your mind and feel you need upgraded shipping on an already placed order, please contact me ASAP to adjust charges before shipping.

Because your products are uniquely handmade & hand packaged for shipment, Rae's Rags cannot assume responsibility for lost and/or stolen packages.
